MMSD is proud to announce its Artist-in-Residence for 2022-23, The Milorganite Trio, a Milwaukee-based band with sensibilities firmly planted in the Milorganite© fertilized-soil of American Jazz Music. The Milorganite Trio features Dan Schneck on the Hammond Organ, Steve Peplin on Guitar, and Jeremy Kuzniar on Drums. These three veterans of the Milwaukee scene take the classic Organ Trio vibe to new levels with a sublimely soulful, funky, and relentlessly swinging sound. With one foot planted in the roots of the American Songbook, and the other tap-dancing between current original material and the cosmic unknown, a “Milwaukee Organ Night” with The Milorganite Trio will prove to be a journey worth taking!
